A series of seven sequences, incorparating visuals, colours and symbols, corresponding to each of your energy systems - the chakras - are projected on the dome above, washing over you to induce deep relaxation and well-being, as your mind and your body relax into a state normally reached by meditation. Music and sounds, with especially chosen frequencies, touch your body and are enhanced by 6 quartz crystals, strategically positioned on the six points of the star, to free your mind from the afterburn of a stressfull day.
